International Goal –Strengthen Chapter Vitality:  Increase membership and inspire sisters to renew and refresh their joy in P.E.O. by February 28, 2023

S/P/D Goal - Challenge local chapters to reconnect and prevent additional members from becoming inactive through better understand of our mission and to achieve a net growth of membership. 

Leadership

International Goal – P.E.O. champions the advancement of women by building strong and effective leaders.

S/P/D Goal – Challenge local chapters to increase the number of sisters willing to accept first-time or new leadership opportunities by January 1, 2023, through identifying, mentoring and developing the talent leadership potential of members.

Philanthropic

Relevance/Inspiration – P.E.O. embraces our shared philanthropic mission to support the education of women.

International Goal – Expand the reach of our Projects by identifying more candidates by February 28, 2023.

 

S/P/D Goal – Challenge local chapters to fully educate all members about the six International philanthropies by February 28, 2022, resulting in increased outreach and opportunities for potential applicants.
